I love the communication that happens along the way. Figuring out the bumps in the road that inevitably come up - work stress, sickness, holidays, etc. And then I get a message...

I love the results from fitness testing and weigh ins. Increasing performance. Doing more, more easily than even just a short time before. Centimetres coming off while muscle is being retained.
I love seeing a person change before my eyes, before THEIR eyes, and watching their confidence and excitement explode. The only thing better than feeling that for myself, is knowing that what THEY are feeling is even better!
This person on the last day of week 12 is so very different to the person that came to me 12 weeks ago and it is AMAZING to see! I am so privileged to be part of this process for so many people!
