20:20 is used to describe perfect optical vision. And when it comes to reaching our goals, we need to know exactly what we want! Our vision of what we want for ourselves and what we want to achieve, needs to be 20:20.
In my 20:20 Training Plan, we'll be working together over 6 or 11 months to really create good, long lasting habits according to your vision. We'll be setting you up for success over the Christmas and New Year break, so you are ready to go once January 5 hits!

This training plan is:
- not a quick fix. We'll be taking our time, because good things take time! That doesn't mean we'll be lazy and not make any progress - not at all! It just means that we'll be setting realistic expectations for ourselves within realistic timeframes. If you'd prefer to be told that you can reach your lofty goals of losing 40kg of fat, or deadlifting your bodyweight in only 6 or 8 weeks, there's plenty of trainers around who will be more than happy to take your money and lead you on that merry path of disappointment.
- not only about losing weight. If your goal is to lose weight, you are most welcome to join us on the 20:20 training plan, but because there's more to life than getting smaller, we'll also think of some other fun goals for you to work on along the way. It'll be way less frustrating than only focusing on what your appearance - I promise!
- not an in-person training plan. This will be 100% online, but don't stress! We'll be catching up throughout the week to make sure you're making progress, and you'll be part of my VIP group on Facebook too so you'll have others to cheer you on and chat with throughout the plan :) You'll get your workouts via my super cool training app, and you can do your workouts at the most convenient time and place for you (yes - anywhere in the world)!
