I enquired about Hannah’s training programs in January 2017. I had not long been given clearance to recommence dancing and pole dancing after having 6 months off recovering from a badly broken toe and injured foot. |
I have been training under Hannah’s guidance for a while now and will continue for as long as I am able to. I feel a vast improvement in my body’s ‘balance’ with my dominant and non-dominant sides, which is a necessity when it comes to pole dancing, dancing and life in general. I even receive comments from my chiropractor regarding the new stability and balance within my body because of my training program with Hannah.
I now feel more aware of muscles and muscle groups, have a greater understanding of their isolation and role they play within my body and the exercises I wish to perform, and in turn of my own physical capabilities. All thanks to Hannah, her knowledge and experience!
My overall strength has improved greatly and I couldn’t be happier with my results to date! I am well and truly on the way to achieving my goals, but as I continue to improve and become stronger, I want to achieve more!
Hannah has been there every step of the way along my journey post injury, motivating me and encouraging me to challenge myself further. For that, I am truly grateful! Thank you, Hannah, for being inspirational, motivational, supportive, understanding, but also being the ‘push’ I need on occasion!

I met Hannah in early 2015. I had just moved to the Tweed area to start my career. I was looking for a gym, signed up, and had my first free PT session from the lovely lady herself. I was a bit worried at first about spending so much money on a PT because I'd never really had a lot to do with them before, but Hannah is worth every cent. She has helped me in more than just my fitness, her nutrition plan has really helped me learn more about what I'm putting in my body and helped me get back on track with my diet. |

"I planned to hike around New Zealand and I have a lower back and neck injury, so it was with some trepidation that I approached the PT at my local gym. I knew to succeed I had to get fitter. I was 35kg overweight, weak and had very little stamina. I had visions of bootcamp workouts and screaming. I was incredibly relieved when Hannah took the time to listen to my concerns and worked out a plan that got me fit, strong, and ready to go. Despite some set backs she always had a way around it to keep me on track. I'm now off to New Zealand with a pack on my very strong back. So go for it.
