I have been working with Hannah since 2015, over that time I have lost around 50 kilos and kept it off. Hannah has coached me through her nutrition program and has been my PT.

I have never had such amazing results and I have never managed to stick to a healthy eating plan / exercise routine for this long before. A lot of that is due to the awesome plan, but mostly it is because Hannah is there for me EVERY day with support, advice, encouragement and accountability.

If you are seriously interested in improving your health and fitness or losing weight you will not find a better coach than Hannah. She genuinely cares, is skilled and knowledgeable and a lot of fun as well. Thanks Hannah!

I enquired about Hannah’s training programs in January 2017. I had not long been given clearance to recommence dancing and pole dancing after having 6 months off recovering from a badly broken toe and injured foot.

Being a dancer and pole fitness instructor, having what seemed to be such an extensive length of time away from my craft, I felt really overwhelmed with the task of getting myself back to a level where I felt confident and qualified to teach again. I had numerous goals and expectations of where I was required to be as an instructor from my previous experience. I had a knowledge base of my own with lots of different exercises, however, felt quite lost in terms of where to even start.

When I approached Hannah, my goals included regaining confidence, upper body strength, core strength, flexibility, active flexibility, balance, hip flexor strength and leg strength. I desperately required motivation, discipline, and accountability.
Hannah took my training back to the foundational level to begin with, which I feel has been the best approach. I am not unlike others with regards to wanting to see results quickly. However, by Hannah breaking my training down to basics, this enabled us to gain a better understanding of where my body was at and logically implement the exercises I needed to work towards achieving my goals.
I have been training under Hannah’s guidance for a while now and will continue for as long as I am able to. I feel a vast improvement in my body’s ‘balance’ with my dominant and non-dominant sides, which is a necessity when it comes to pole dancing, dancing and life in general. I even receive comments from my chiropractor regarding the new stability and balance within my body because of my training program with Hannah.

I now feel more aware of muscles and muscle groups, have a greater understanding of their isolation and role they play within my body and the exercises I wish to perform, and in turn of my own physical capabilities. All thanks to Hannah, her knowledge and experience!

My overall strength has improved greatly and I couldn’t be happier with my results to date! I am well and truly on the way to achieving my goals, but as I continue to improve and become stronger, I want to achieve more!
Hannah has been there every step of the way along my journey post injury, motivating me and encouraging me to challenge myself further. For that, I am truly grateful! Thank you, Hannah, for being inspirational, motivational, supportive, understanding, but also being the ‘push’ I need on occasion!

When I was considering working with Hannah as my PT, I knew I wanted to lose weight and improve my strength. But I was a little sceptical - not in regard to Hannah or her knowledge and experience, but with my ability & the whole 'online' thing... will it actually work? Will I feel supported & motivated even though I'm not seeing someone face-to-face? The answers to these are a loud, resounding YES!

I always found Hannah to be nothing but encouraging and supportive, always available for a quick message if something was up, and was a reliable source of exercise information. After working with her for a while, I’m feeling more confident, like I’m more able to have a go at things. I’m definitely doubting myself less!

As someone who works in a busy real estate office, life gets pretty crazy for me. I felt a great sense of accomplishment each time I was able to check a workout off on Hannah’s training app, especially when it was one of those days when it felt like there were just not enough hours! It doesn’t matter that she’s not there with me in person!

If you're thinking about it, stop thinking and DO! Hannah, who is all about her clients, will help you no matter what your goals are!

Kerry's 8 Week Challenge Transformation
​I’ve just finished my 8 week challenge with Hannah and the results are astounding! I've lost 14.9kg of fat! Not only did she train and motivate me, she got 100% involved in my journey and has been there every step of the way as though it’s her doing the challenge!

I met Hannah in early 2015. I had just moved to the Tweed area to start my career. I was looking for a gym, signed up, and had my first free PT session from the lovely lady herself. I was a bit worried at first about spending so much money on a PT because I'd never really had a lot to do with them before, but Hannah is worth every cent. She has helped me in more than just my fitness, her nutrition plan has really helped me learn more about what I'm putting in my body and helped me get back on track with my diet.

When I moved away from Tweed I thought I was going to be lost in the never ending cycle of trying to find a PT as good as Hannah has been to me. Turns out I didn't have to worry about a thing! While Skype PT sessions are nowhere near as exhausting as our sessions in the gym were, I've still got that support of having someone keep an eye on my program and help me maintain my goals and ensure that I'm on the right track achieving them!

Hannah has gone above and beyond everything I ever expected from a PT and I'm so glad that I have had the privilege to meet her and train with her! 10/10 would recommend!

I started training with Hannah in late 2015, doing two PT sessions per week. I play women's soccer but was wanting something extra to help tone up.

Initially I was nervous about starting PT because I thought I might not be fit enough, but I took the leap of faith and did it anyway. I've been training with Hannah for almost a year now and I'm happy with my progress. I feel like I'm much fitter than when I started, and I can feel muscle tone starting to come through on my body. I also know that I'm stronger and have a lot more confidence in what I can achieve thanks to my training with Hannah.

I feel happy and fulfilled, and am looking forward to our new training program in the Soccer off-season!

I have just completed my first 8 week challenge with Hannah! My results were incredible! Losing 7.2kg body fat in 8 weeks and also gaining muscle at the same time!

"I planned to hike around New Zealand and I have a lower back and neck injury, so it was with some trepidation that I approached the PT at my local gym. I knew to succeed I had to get fitter. I was 35kg overweight, weak and had very little stamina. I had visions of bootcamp workouts and screaming. I was incredibly relieved when Hannah took the time to listen to my concerns and worked out a plan that got me fit, strong, and ready to go.
