My aim as your Personal Trainer is to get you the best results possible. There is nothing more disheartening than seeing people give up time and time again! Let's stop that from happening, shall we?
First of all, we need to chat! The relationship between a PT and the person they are training is an important one. If you don't feel comfortable with me or vice versa, it's just not going to work. Not only that, you might have goals or needs that is outside of my skill set, meaning that you would be best training with someone else. To begin, just fill out the form and we can have a phone call to see if we are a good fit for each other.
In the form and during the phone call, we will talk about what you want to achieve, why you want to achieve it and why you feel you haven't achieved it yet. We will also talk about your current lifestyle, work, study or family commitments.
If we decide to start training together I will train you via Online PT. Online PT is super flexible, and great value for money. It's easier for you because we schedule in your workouts throughout the week around your existing commitments - you don't have to find a time when I am available! I send you all of your workouts via my handy training app that you'll download onto your phone or tablet, and we catch up anywhere from once per month, to once per week to make sure you stay on track. If I notice that you're not getting your workouts done, I will contact you and help you get back on track. Basically, you have your PT in your pocket everywhere you go! (Can you imagine how expensive that would be with a regular, in-person trainer?)
I have a number of different training packages available, which we will need to discuss to see what's right for you. Online training packages range from $80-$240 per month, depending on what you need and what you can afford.
