My aim as your Personal Trainer is to get you the best results possible. There is nothing more disheartening than seeing people give up time and time again! Let's stop that from happening, shall we?
First of all, we need to chat! The relationship between a PT and the person they are coaching is an important one. If you don't feel comfortable with me or vice versa, it's just not going to work. Not only that, but you might also have goals or needs that are outside of my skill set, meaning that you would be best training with someone else. To begin, just fill out the booking form, answer the questions and choose a time for a Zoom call to see if we are a good fit for each other.
In the form and during the Zoom call, we will talk about what you want to achieve, why you want to achieve it and why you feel you haven't achieved it yet. We will also talk about your current lifestyle, work, study or family commitments.
If we decide to start working together, I will coach you fully online. Online Personal Training / Coaching is super flexible, and great value for money. It's easier for you because we schedule your workouts throughout the week around your existing commitments - we don't have to find a mutually convenient time like we would if we were working together in-person! I send you everything you need via my handy training app that you'll download onto your phone or tablet, and we catch up anywhere from one to six times per week to make sure you stay on track. If I notice that you're not doing what you need to do (workouts, habits etc), we will find a way to help you get back on track. Basically, you have your Coach in your pocket everywhere you go! (Can you imagine how expensive that would be with a regular, in-person coach?)
I have a number of different training packages and programs available, so we will need to work out what's right for you. Pricing varies, depending on what you need.
