Generic Exercise Programs. Generic programs are good, but they're not made with you, your body or your goals in mind. Your program should be as individual as yourself. Restrictive or Excessive Practices. There will be no binge eating, there will be no starving ourselves, there will be no extreme workouts done in any of my programs. This is not healthy or sustainable. If you are wanting any of these things from your Personal Trainer, I would hate for you to waste your time here. All the best with your health and fitness! |

= We schedule an appointment and chat about your goals. We get to know each other and decide if we'd work well together.
= If we decide to work together, we arrange payment for your training within 24 hours of our appointment.
= Next, you download my training app (I'll send you the link), while I program for you and upload your workouts.

I use a simple, wholistic approach when it comes to training my team members. First we observe what your life is like. What's your food, sleep and schedule like? With an honest view of your life (and I expect honesty!) we can see what really needs changing. Some people only need to tweak a few things, some people need a complete overhaul!
Then, we make a plan for rolling out any necessary changes. This prevents you from feeling overwhelmed and wanting to give up. We also have our regular, scheduled check-ins to discuss what's happening, strategise our way through any problems and keep you on track!
Finding a Personal Trainer who you trust is super important, so I have made my training programs are available to everyone, nearly anywhere in the world! It doesn't matter if you live in Australia or the U.K, we can work together!
