So how does this Challenge work? I'm skeptical that an online program will work for me...
Online Personal Training is actually really cool! I love seeing my team members believe in themselves more and more as they track each workout without me being present with them. Building that self-belief is really inspiring, and it just feeds more progress. It's super flexible, and I can give you workouts for the gym, workouts for home, and also workouts for when you're at the park with kids. Because we're not meeting "in-person", you can schedule your workouts around your existing commitments inside my training app. Depending on what level of support you want with the Challenge, we can catch up once per month or once per week to make sure you stay on track. Basically, you have me in your pocket everywhere you go!
How long does the Challenge go for?
The Winter Wellness Online Challenge goes for six months, from April to September. I choose to do a six month program over Winter because life gets in the way. In my experience, any challenge that goes for less than 8 weeks isn't long enough because we don't allow ourselves enough time for a weekend away, our children (or ourselves) to get sick, or just a really hectic week at work where nothing else is possible outside working, eating and sleeping. In the ideal world, yes, a shorter timeframe is perfect. But giving ourselves more time will reduce the stress we feel about reaching our goals. We have enough stress already, don't you agree? Give yourself the time you need to see significant change, and also enough time to make your healthy lifestyle a real, sustainable habit!
How much does the Challenge cost?
Because the Challenge is done online, it's much cheaper than if I was to train you in-person in a 1-on-1 setting. The cost ranges from about $25 - $55 per week, depending on what level of support you want / need. When you fill out the registration form below, simply state how much support you think you'll need. Then, when we have our phone call to discuss your goals, we can decide if you need more or less support and choose the best plan for your needs.
